Māori All Blacks in their two clashes with Manu Samoa on June 26 & July 03

An epic festival of rugby matches has been confirmed for New Zealand this July with the All Blacks, Maori All Blacks, Fiji, Tonga and Samoa all in action, and two blockbuster double-header matchdays unveiled. 13 New Zealand-based players, including five from club rugby, have been named in the latest Manu Samoa squad to face the Maori All Blacks and Tonga in June and July.

The Steinlager Series will kick off on Saturday, July 3 with the All Blacks playing at Mount Smart Stadium, Auckland, for the first time in what will be an historic Test against Tonga. The match is also a double-header with the Maori All Blacks playing Manu Samoa beforehand.

Meanwhile an extra match has been added to the schedule. The Manu will now open their New Zealand tour against the Māori All Blacks in Wellington on 26 June.

The two teams will clash again on 3 July in Auckland, as part of a double-header with the All Blacks and Tonga at Mount Smart Stadium.

Samoa and Tonga will then play two Rugby World Cup qualifying tests in Auckland and Hamilton, with the aggregate winner to qualify for the 2023 tournament in France.
